20mg disposable vapes are the most popular option we stock. In fact, some ranges only offer a 20mg strength. They're ideal for anyone who smokes more than 10 a day or who smoked strong cigarettes.

10mg disposable vapes are highly recommended for anyone who would consider themselves a light smoker (less than 10 cigarettes a day) or who smokes/smoked lower strength cigarettes.

0mg or nicotine-free vapes are perfect if you've completely switched from cigarettes and want to cut out nicotine. A lot of people move from a 20mg device down to a 10mg, then settle on a 0mg vape before they quit completely. But, new switchers tend to struggle with this kind of device, as there's nothing to keep their cravings satisfied and they might start reaching for the cigarettes.

You'll often see the number of puffs a single-use vape can deliver stated in our product descriptions and on its packaging. This is what's known as a puff count; for example 50000 puffs. It's not an exact measurement as everyone inhales for a slightly different length of time, but, it works as a good indication as to how long your vape will last.
